Safa and Chill – Ngezana celebrates league win in style

As one of many success stories of South African players abroad, Siyabonga Ngezana showed out recently after securing his second Romanian Superliga title with FCSB.

While Ngezana was often on the receiving end of criticism during his time with Kaizer Chiefs, most notably for making high profile errors during games, the towering center-back went on to become a crucial component to FCSB’s defensive department in the last season.

As a regular in the heart of FCSB’s backline, Ngezana also gave a good account of himself in competitions such as the UEFA Europa League, most notably against Manchester United earlier this season.

Nonetheless, Ngezana recently took to his Instagram account where he revealed how he, along with his teammates, celebrated their league win.

In an image gallery captioned, ‘Gracias Dios’, which is translated ‘Thank you God’, Ngezana was spotted wearing a cowboy inspired outfit.

The 27-year-old was also seen chilling in a restaurant along with the league trophy, while he also shared videos of the club’s trophy parade, which was celebrated among hundreds of FCSB supporters.
