Bafana Bafana star Lyle Foster will once again head to the Premier League next season after Burnley concluded the 2024/25 English Championship in style.

Following a gruelling 46 match campaign in the English Championship, Burnley finished second behind Leeds United with both top two sides accumulating 100 points each.

This was the first time two teams reached 100 points in the same Championship season, while Leeds pipped Burnley to the top spot via goal difference.

Along with their 100 points tally, Burnley also bagged a championship-best 30 clean sheets, while completing the season unbeaten on home soil.

Burnley ended their season with a 3-1 win against Millwall at Turf Moor, a game in which Foster was utilized as a second-half substitute in the 79th minute.

While Burnley were firing on all cylinders, Foster could only manage to record two goals and five assists in 28 games played in the Championship.
