As one of South Africa’s most consistent players abroad, Siyabonga Ngezana was recently recognized for his performances in the Romanian SuperLiga.

Ngezana’s progress abroad has been much publicized this season as he continues to be one of Bafana Bafana’s best exports in recent years.

The former Kaizer Chiefs defender starred in FCSB’s 3-2 win against CFR Cluj in the Romanian SuperLiga on Sunday.

On the back of another impressive 90 minutes this past weekend, Ngezana was named in the most recent Romanian Professional Football League Team of the Week.

As it stands, there are five play-off games remaining in the Romanian Professional Football with Ngezana looking to cap off a largely successful spell abroad.
